At Crossroads Education, the dedicated team of educators is passionate about fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. All staff hold valid Working With Children Checks, ensuring a safe and secure space for every student.

Crossroads Education has three levels of educator:

• Teachers are fully qualified educators who have the experience to conduct group tutoring and to carry responsibility for the programming, assessing and reporting for the students they teach. They may be asked to take a group of up to six students. 
   

• Senior Tutors are adults working towards university qualifications in education or fields relating to the topics they are tutoring, and/or working in the school system as qualified learning support staff.
   

• Junior Tutors are high-achieving high school students in years 10-12 on their pathway to further study.
